Insurance Information

We proudly accept a variety of major dental insurance plans to make your care more convenient and affordable. Our office accepts Cigna, MetLife PDP+, Guardian, GEHA, DHA SunLife, and Aetna. Please note that all policies must be PPO plans.

We also accept the assignment of your dental insurance benefits. Our team will gladly complete and submit your claims to your insurance carrier, provided you supply complete and accurate insurance information. Your estimated co-insurance and any deductibles will be due at the time services are rendered. Fees will correspond to your dental insurance charge/payment schedule in effect on the date each procedure is initiated. If you have questions about your coverage or need help verifying benefits, we are happy to assist you.

Payment Options

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. In addition, financing options such as CareCredit are available for major dental work done in our office. Our billing coordinator will be happy to discuss any insurance or billing questions you may have.
